What we collect, why we collect it and what we do with it when you use immodatatool. We only keep what we need to run your account, take payments, support you and keep the service safe.

We collect the details needed for accounts, orders, payments, support and security.
We never sell your data
Your information is shared only when the service needs it to work.
Your files stay private
Uploads sit in private storage and are only reachable through short lived links.
1. Information we collect
We collect only what is needed to run the website, manage accounts, take orders, provide support and protect the service.
- Account details: display name, email address, optional phone number, token balance and plan.
- Guest checkout details: the name, email and phone number you enter on the payment page.
- Orders: the files you upload, the values in the tool form, and the results we produce for you.
- Payment records: references and amounts from Stripe. Your card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
- Technical details: IP address, browser, sign in attempts, timestamps and the actions you take on the site.
- Support messages: what you write to us and any details you choose to include.
2. How we use it
- To create and manage accounts and to run your orders.
- To confirm payments and activate your tokens or plan.
- To answer your questions and look into problems.
- To keep the service stable and to spot abuse, account sharing, fraud and unsafe files.
- To keep the records we need for payment checks and dispute reviews.
3. Marketing and your phone number
When you sign up or check out as a guest, you can choose to receive product news and offers by email. You can change your mind at any time in your account settings, or by contacting us.
Your phone number is used for support about your account and orders. We only use it for marketing if you agreed to marketing when you gave it.
4. Security monitoring
We watch sign in activity, sessions, request volumes and uploaded file details so we can protect accounts and prevent abuse. Suspicious activity can lead to a review, extra checks, a lock, a ban or refused support.
5. Your files
Uploaded files and results are kept in private storage. They are only reachable through short lived links created for you. We use them to run your orders and to show them back to you.
- Uploads that never become an order are removed during regular cleanups.
- Files from your orders stay available to you for 30 days so you can download them again, then they are deleted. The order record (tool, date and status) stays in your history. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
- Please do not send passwords or unrelated customer data in files or support messages.
6. Services we rely on
We use trusted providers to run the website. They only process data for that purpose, under their own privacy and security rules.
- Stripe for payments.
- Supabase for our database, sign in and file storage.
- SMTP2GO for sending email.
- Hostinger for hosting the website.
9. How long we keep it
- IP addresses and browser details from activity logs are removed after 60 days. We keep only the fact that the event happened.
- A guest's orders and results are removed after 7 days. A guest with no tokens left and no activity for that long is removed too. The name, email and phone number a guest gave at checkout may stay on our contact list.
- Uploaded files and results of an order are deleted 30 days after the order.
- Account, order and support records are kept while your account exists and as long as we need them for security, disputes and legal duties.
- Payment records are kept as long as the law and our accounting require.
10. Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete your files or close your account. Some records may be kept where we need them for security, payments, abuse prevention or legal reasons.
11. Children
immodatatool is for adults only. Accounts and purchases must be made by people aged 18 or over, or by legally authorized businesses.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website, our providers or the law change. The new version applies once it is posted on this page.
