1. Acceptance

By creating an account, buying tokens or a plan, using a tool or contacting support, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or its services.

2. Who we are

immodatatool is the business that runs this website and its tools. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "immodatatool" mean that business. You can reach us at support@immodatatool.com.

3. Professional and lawful use only

immodatatool is made for automotive professionals who are legally allowed to work on the vehicles, units, files and data they submit.

• You are responsible for making sure your use is legal in your country and for each vehicle or customer job.
• You must not use the website for theft, fraud, unauthorized access, identity manipulation or any illegal vehicle activity.
• You must not use any result in a way that breaks road, emissions, safety, insurance, ownership or anti theft laws.

4. Your account

An account belongs to one person or business. Keep your login details private and do not share your password, your session or your results with someone else.

• Guests can buy tokens without an account. A guest's tokens stay with the browser they were bought in until they are used. Orders and results are removed after 7 days. Create an account at any time to use everything on any device.
• Unusual sign in patterns or signs of account sharing may lead to a review, a lock or a suspension.
• Selling, renting, lending or transferring an account, or getting around its limits, can lead to a permanent ban.

5. Files and results

You use the tools, downloads, results and support advice at your own risk. Please keep an untouched original backup of every file before you write anything back.

• Always verify a result before you use it on a vehicle or unit.
• Uploaded files and results are deleted automatically 30 days after the order, so download what you need before then. The order record stays in your history.
• We cannot promise that a result suits every control unit, vehicle, software version, hardware version or customer job.
• To the extent the law allows, immodatatool is not responsible for damage, data loss, unit failure, an immobilized vehicle, lost business or lost time caused by using or misusing the website.

6. What you must not do

Protecting the service and its users comes first. These actions are not allowed:

• Trying to get around sign in, roles, limits, payments or protected pages.
• Probing hidden endpoints, abusing errors, scraping, or sending automated bulk requests.
• Reverse engineering the website or its tools, or using the service to build a copy of it.
• Uploading malicious, broken, unrelated or deliberately misleading files.
• Publishing, reselling or distributing our tools, private pages or generated results on forums, groups, social media or marketplaces.
• Harassing our support team or sending false reports.

7. Tokens, plans and payments

Processing a file uses one token, or is included in an active plan. Payments are handled securely by Stripe, and we never see or store your card details.

• A plan is paid once for a fixed term and ends when the term ends.
• Prices, tools, availability and features can change at any time, and a purchase does not promise that every current or future tool is included forever.
• Access can be paused, limited or removed if we detect abuse, payment problems or a broken rule.

8. No refunds

Purchases of tokens and plans are final and are not refunded.

If something goes wrong with an order or a payment, contact us directly at support@immodatatool.com and we will look into it. If an order fails on our side, the token is returned to your balance automatically.

9. Support

Please write to us in English and include enough detail for us to help: the tool you used, the file type, the exact message you saw, what you already tried and what you expected. Incomplete, unrelated, abusive or unsafe requests may not get a reply.

10. Suspension and ending your access

We may warn you, limit or lock your account, suspend it, remove your access, refuse support or delete the account if these Terms are broken or if your activity creates a security, legal or payment risk.

11. Changes to the service and these Terms

We may update, pause, rename or remove parts of the website, the tools, the prices or these Terms. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
